Regional Sales Manager For Manufacturing Company - Al Obour City

For a well known manufacturing company located in Al Obour city, working in processed, frozen , meat and chicken products , Regional sales Manager with the following requirements :Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree at any discipline, MBA is an asset

Duties & Responsibilites:-

· Managing & motivating sales team and directing them to achieve assigned goals.
· Develop sales plan and pass to the sales team.
· Managing all team KPI’s and target
· Activate new customers and build relationship with major clients (key customers) and improve sales and existing customers.
· Regular market visits to understand the market dynamics and provide feedback / information to the management.
· Follow up with the warehouse and operations manager the cold stores operation & management

Desired Skills & Experience:

· 3+ years of Sales Management experience in selling frozen Food and Meat Products
· Proven track record of results and exceeding sales goals with a must-win attitude
· Excellent communication skills, proven presentation/ demonstration skills
· Expertise and experience in prospecting, presenting and closing deals
